Matt Murphy
PRESIDENT
Matthew Murphy is a retired NYPD detective with more than two decades of distinguished service in New York City law enforcement. Over the course of his career, he developed a reputation for meticulous investigative work, unwavering integrity, and a steadfast commitment to public safety.
Starting his career on patrol in some of the city’s busiest precincts throughout Manhattan, Murphy quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as a detective in specialized units focused on major crimes. His work contributed to numerous successful investigations involving violent crime, fugitives, and complex, long-term cases requiring deep collaboration with local, state, and federal partners.
Throughout his tenure, Murphy was recognized for his leadership, mentorship, and calm presence in high-pressure situations.

Joe S.
Joe Salvatore is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with more than 20 years of active service and a distinguished 7-year career as a decorated veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
Currently serving in law enforcement, Joe is a certified first responder with advanced medical training and an acknowledged expert in marksmanship. Throughout his career he has earned numerous commendations for exceptional performance and has been entrusted to serve on high-level decision-making boards.
As a soldier, Joe trained all over the United States and deployed for 15 months to the Middle East in support of Operation Northern Watch, where he contributed directly to enforcing the no-fly zone north of the 36th parallel in Iraq. His military record is unblemished and decorated with multiple awards for valor, professionalism, and mission accomplishment.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to protect and serve, Joe continues to pursue advanced training and credentials, ensuring he remains at the forefront of public safety and tactical excellence.
With a unique blend of combat-proven military experience, extensive law enforcement expertise, and a lifelong dedication to duty, Joe Salvatore stands as a trusted leader in both uniformed services and the communities he serves.
Anthony P.
Anthony Prudenti is a seasoned security executive with over thirty years in law enforcement and private security. Starting his career with the NYPD in 1992 he quickly rose through the ranks from Police Officer, Detective Investigator and Sergeant. He’s led high-stakes operations for major agencies, from police operations and major public events to corporate risk management for Fortune 500 clients. Those clients include Ralph Lauren, the WWF Corporation, as well as many school districts, and A List celebrities.
Anthony also served as the Union President for the Deputy Sheriff PBA. Passionate about bridging public safety and private sector innovation, Anthony champions security initiatives that blends cutting-edge tech with street-smart strategies. He holds a Master’s from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor’s from SUNY Empire State College.
